We’re looking for a dependable Bin Truck Driver to keep our landscape construction projects running smoothly across the GTA. You’ll be the backbone of our operations—delivering materials and equipment to job sites, removing debris, and keeping our yard organized and efficient. What You’ll Do
As our Bin Truck Driver, you’ll:
- Operate a roll-off bin truck to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to multiple job sites
- Pick up and remove garbage, debris, and waste bins from sites to keep them clean and safe
- Keep the yard tidy, organized, and safe—loading, unloading, and storing materials, tools & equipment properly
- Complete daily truck inspections, keep the logbook current, and report any issues or damage
- Take equipment and tools in for servicing and repairs as needed
- Help care for and maintain company equipment and tools to keep everything in good working order
- Stay in touch with the Operations Manager and Crew Leads about deliveries, pickups, and material orders
- Jump in to help crews on-site with manual tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
We need someone reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work. The ideal candidate will have:
- G Class driver’s license (required) with a clean driving record
- Landscape construction experience (preferred—helps you understand the materials and the work)
- Previous delivery driving experience or truck and trailer experience (definitely an asset)
- Familiarity with construction and landscape materials—able to eyeball quality and catch issues
- Comfortable operating small equipment like Dingos, mini excavators, or skid steers
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with the team

The purpose of this position is to execute and oversee various woodworking projects for our landscape construction projects. Tasks include general carpentry, finished carpentry, framing and formwork, as well as general labor duties when required. The right candidate would be a reliable individual who is passionate about producing quality results.
Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
- Communicate effectively with Operations Manager to schedule & coordinate daily deliveries for all equipment and materials
- Supervise a small crew; be willing and able to effectively teach and delegate tasks
- Job site preparation & layout
- Accurately assess and interpret detailed drawings and specifications, with the ability to identify any issues and make recommendations
- Construct a variety of structures included but not limited to; decks, fences, gates, sheds, cabanas, pergolas, privacy screens etc.
- Abide by health and safety policies and procedures (proper PPE, safe and responsible handling, operation & maintenance of required materials, tools and equipment)
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Keep project schedule/task list up to date using the mobile Asana app

Qualifications

What You’ll Do
- Follow direction from your Crew Lead and efficiently assist with the following tasks:
- Site preparation (demo, excavation, layout)
- Concrete work (forming, footings, foundations, pads etc)
- Wood work (decks, fences, gates, sheds, cabanas, pergolas, privacy screens etc)
- Installation of railings (aluminum and glass)

The Operations Manager provides administrative and field support to allow for the smooth implementation of projects from start to finish. This role enables, ensures, directs, and manages crews to execute work according to schedule priorities while protecting the company’s interests. You are the critical link between design/sales and field execution, requiring someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and builds strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and our team. Success in this position creates a clear pathway for growth into broader leadership roles.
Reports to: Rob (President) | Works closely with: Ryan (Project Manager), Alex (Sales / Vice-President), Breanne (Design), Crew Leads, and field personnel
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
- Material procurement: confirm selections in a timely manner, place orders as far in advance as possible, and arrange for on-time deliveries
- Assist Project Manager with scheduling of jobs and populate work orders, ensuring all subtasks are assigned and dated accordingly
- Request locates minimum of two weeks before job start
- Schedule subcontractors and keep team updated, ensuring smooth follow-through to next steps
- Ensure porta potties, tool sheds, required equipment etc. are delivered for start of job
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers and vendors; negotiate favorable terms
- Track material costs against budget in real-time and flag discrepancies immediately
DURING CONSTRUCTION
- Track all project progress using Asana and LMN Crew softwares, keeping work orders and schedules organized and up to date (add additional tasks and check off completed tasks)
- Daily communication (between 1-4pm) with Rob, Ryan, and Crew Leads to properly facilitate smooth operations and communication of all crew members – this is critical
- Ensure crew schedules in LMN Crews is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure everyone is at the right place at the right time
- Ensure delivery driver’s schedule is updated and clearly communicated on a daily basis
- Organize the quantity and delivery location of all food (lunches, snacks & drinks) for crews
- Ensure all job costs and labor are properly allocated in LMN Crew
- Review job reports weekly and ensure all inputs are recorded for accuracy
- Communication with clients: start-up emails & progress emails
- Communication with sales reps: KEEP THEM INFORMED of project status and any issues
- Attend and take accurate notes during weekly sales meetings, keep team up to date with progress of each project
- Attend material procurement meeting with designer once per week
- Proactively adjust schedules based on weather, material delays, or other factors
POST-CONSTRUCTION
- Arrange for porta potty, tool sheds, etc. to be removed from site
- Final costing reports to be created within two weeks, reviewed and discussed with Rob
- Prepare comprehensive job costing reports with variance analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations, to be reviewed with Crew Lead
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruiting and onboarding: take part in screening interviews, and provide new hires with guidance on company procedures
- Provide regular encouragement, support, accountability and training to other employees to engage in the process
- Prepare & coordinate training material for spring training sessions
- Assist Managers, Sales Reps, Designers and crews with other tasks as required
- Develop good relationships with all employees as well as suppliers

- Check and respond to emails (20-30 min)

POSITION DETAILS
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
- Peak season (April-November) may require more hours

Bookkeeping

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Bookkeeping experience, with strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping and payroll processing (minimum 2 years)
- Prior experience in office administration or similar roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and vendors
Assets
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office procedures
- Familiarity with payroll, HST, and WSIB reporting in Ontario
- Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position: 37.5 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 30-min unpaid lunch)
- Primarily work from home with occasional in-person requirements (monthly team gatherings May–October)
- Starting pay: $24.00/hour, increasing to $26.84/hour (GTA living wage) upon successful completion of 3-month probationary period

Qualifications
