Alex and team masterfully created a variety of spaces for us to enjoy.  They were mindful of our requirements to lower long term maintenance on materials chosen for the deck as well as the front.  We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done from both a design and build perspective.  Alex remained the focal point throughout the entire project, checking in when required and we'd often go back forth on material changes due to constraints.  He remained flexible to that extent when materials became unavailable, and would work with us for a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Then came Rob and his crew. Rob and crew are the nicest, most professional team I've ever encountered.  They worked tirelessly, for months on the large operation.  They were always receptive to our questions about the process, and their work is masterful.  From hardscaping to deck construction to lighting and landscaping -  the project turned out as the 3d renders had projected.

We are very happy with the output, and STRONGLY recommend Infinite to any design conscious folks who want eye catching hardscaping/landscaping.  

Alex and Infinite Possibilities were referred by word of mouth via a pleased client. We were researching landscape professionals for our extensive renovation. The landscaping had not been touched in decades and the renovation work on the house destroyed what was left of the front yard. 

As the house is located in a Heritage Community all plans had to be within rule and regulation guidelines and approved by a committee. Alex researched the area and it's history before presenting us with plans that demanded revisions based on neighbours concerns. He addressed these patiently and frequently. We decided on a design that included changing part of the properties grading, partial retaining wall and change in walkway. They started the project on time. The crew was large and efficient , polite and worked well together and observed covid precautions. The work was choreographed without delay. We had a manager on sight to supervise (Rob) and Alex checked in almost daily. As the seasons have changed we appreciate the care that was given developing our new landscaping. Passers by and neighbours alike have been extremely complimentary of the project.

We were referred to Alex at Infinite Possibilities through a landscape professional we had used in cottage country. We had just purchased a newly built house in East Toronto with very basic landscaping front and back, no curb appeal or interest. Our landscape needs included creating space for adults and small children,as well as solving some problems with rain, ice and snow build up around an exterior staircase leading to a separate suite. Alex's design was both creative and innovative and he seemed to immediately understand what we were thinking. Our back yard is now an extension of our living space and gives our home a unique and customized look.

Infinite possibilities kept to our budget, and we are very happy with the materials selected. Infinite Possibilities were able to address any issues promptly and with creativity and flexibility. The project began during the Covid Pandemic and the company was able to implement precautions and work through a challenging schedule. All staff were professional and courteous all the time.

Where to begin! Infinite Possibilities is truly a remarkable company from their professionalism to their creativity to the level in which they care about their clients. To be honest, from the moment we met Keith, Alex & Rob we knew they were a quality company that stood behind their work and we didn't interview any other company. They lived up to and actually exceeded our expectations, which is no easy task when dealing with us. We are both hyper Type A personalities who expect a lot and they delivered on all fronts and even a year later continue to impress us with how much they care. They guided us and we trusted them and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Not to mention, we share a driveway and they managed the logistics and relationship with neighbours, which is never easy. Finally, the quality of the plants and their maintenance is well worth the cost as our yard looks like it's out of a magazine.

My parting words would be for anyone debating about trying to do the work themselves in terms of buying plants yourself, coordinating various trades, honestly it's not worth it. Trust me, I thought about that a lot! Our friends took that route and in the end we may have spent marginally more but didn't have the headaches, stress or mistakes they had to deal with for months after they were done.
